We have extensive experience in managing all types of commercial property from national portfolios of individual units through to major mixed use schemes. This includes property set up, rent collection, service charge management, inspections, maintenance. In addition we can offer bespoke project work on data validation / lease reading, service charge consultancy and implementation of new software / processes.
We can provide interim cover for short periods to property management companies for maternity / paternity leave or long term sickness of existing team memebers as well as on acquisition of a new client of portfolio.
Asset Management
APMC can offer a full commercial property asset management service, looking at portfolios and down to individual assets. Recognising each client’s needs are different, we offer a bespoke service to maximise the desired outcome. We monitor and proactively act on lease events and draw up a portfolio plan. This could include refurbishment and repositioning of the individual assets or sale of none core assets to recycle funds back into the portfolio. We can advise on appointing and overseeing letting agents and building surveyors as well as other professionals as required.
